Project: Be independent.
The series "Be Independent" portrays everyday people in their everyday lives. Everyone is responsible for their own happiness. The natural phenomenon of people battling with their search for the right path in life simply fascinates me. In a world that seems to becoming more and more universal each day I seek people who want to be independent. People who just live their lives, who are indifferent to trends and choose to be themselves.
I find myself looking for these people everywhere I go. I feel the need to collect them. This is my ode to people facing the challenges of daily life. Each of them crossed my path in life....sometimes on the corner of my own street, others on travels to far away lands. My encounters with them are coincidental. They are people who catch my eye and there is something about them causes me to linger.
